New Employee Checklist

  • Review the Benefits Booklet, on-line enrollment guide or watch the video on the What’s New in 2019 page
  • Log in and make your elections by the date indicated with your enrollment notification
  • Print out your enrollment confirmation statement
  • Submit your Dependent(s) Verification Form and Documentation
  • Look for your ID cards to arrive in the mail
  • Confirm your payroll deductions for benefits elected
  • Keep your address up to date by notifying your location’s payroll department
